Terms & Conditions
By joining a Foley Family Wines & Spirits (FFWS) Wine Club, you agree to the following:
- You must be 21 years of age or older to join.
- Your membership will automatically renew, and your credit card will continue to be charged automatically for each club release, until you cancel your membership. There are up to four club releases each year.
- The amount automatically charged to your credit card for each club release includes the cost of the wines, applicable taxes, and any shipping fees (if applicable). Pricing varies based on the wines included in each release, but the range of costs for each club release is:
Rickshaw Wines: $275-450 - If your membership includes customization options, any substitutions must be of equal or greater value than the pre-selected wines.
- To cancel your club membership, you must submit a request to cancel at least 3 days prior to the billing date for the next scheduled release to avoid being charged. Notice of each billing date and the deadline to cancel will be provided to you at the email address you provided to FFWS.
- Cancellations can be requested online through your account, via email, by phone or in-person at any FFWS hospitality center
- By initialing here, you consent to the automatic renewal of your membership and automatic charges to your credit card for each club release: _______ [customer initials]
- Wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. If you are unavailable to receive a shipment, a $25 fee may apply for a second delivery attempt.
- If you choose winery pickup, you must collect your wines within 30 days of notification. If not picked up within this timeframe, your wines will be shipped to the primary address on file, and all applicable charges will apply.
- FFWS reserves the right to modify club selections, pricing, shipping schedules, membership benefits and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email.
- Members may skip up to two shipments within a 12-month period by logging into their account Log into Your Account, calling, or emailing the Wine Club team before the billing date. Memberships may also be placed on hold for up to two shipments while retaining select member benefits.
- You must fulfill a two-shipment minimum commitment prior to cancelling your membership to retain prior club-exclusive benefits, including discounts. If you cancel before receiving two shipments, you may be subject to retroactive charges for discounts received on wine purchases or tasting experiences. Upon cancellation, all club-exclusive benefits and pricing will be revoked immediately.
- State shipping laws apply and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- By joining, you agree to receive club-related communications via email, including updates on shipments, billing, promotions, and program modifications. It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date, including billing and shipping information.
- Wine club memberships are non-transferable and intended for personal use by the primary account holder and their household. Membership benefits, discounts, and allocations cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to another individual or entity.
- Wine club memberships are intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial resale, wholesale distribution, or third-party tourism companies that operate for profit. Foley Family Wines & Spirits reserves the right to cancel memberships found to be in violation of this policy.
